I. Preparation stage

Parking with the engine off: according to the location of the vehicle charging interface, park the vehicle to the parking space and keep a distance of 1-2 metres from the charging post (never forget to switch off the vehicle power).

II. Connection stage

1. Open the vehicle charging interface. Observe the charging gun, charging stand insulator, pins and jacks to ensure they are clean and free of foreign objects. (If you find any unidentified foreign substance in the charging gun, charging base insulator, pins and jacks, you should immediately report to the station manager and clean them under his guidance, if you cannot get rid of them, immediately terminate the charging process and inform the station manager).

2.Plug the charging gun into the vehicle charging port (distinguish between AC and DC).

① First, make sure that the power light of the charging post is green and that the fault indicator is off.

② Press the unlock button on the top end of the charging gun and remove the charging gun from the charging post holder.

③ Hold the charging gun handle firmly with one hand and drag the cable at the lower end of the gun head with the other hand to drag the charging gun to the charging vehicle.

④ Position the charging gun head right at the charging socket opening, press the unlock button with your thumb, apply even pressure and insert the charging gun vertically into the charging socket.

⑤ Release the charging gun unlock button and pull the charging gun outwards to ensure that it cannot be separated, indicating that the insertion is in place.

⑥ Ensure that the connection is correct and then follow the prompts for the start-up operation.

III. Start-up phase

Method 1: Select the connected charging gun. Open WeChat and use WeChat "Swipe" to scan the QR code on the charging post to start charging (if the balance is insufficient, it will automatically jump to the recharge interface).

Method 2: Open Alipay and use Alipay "Swipe" to scan the QR code on the charging post to start charging.

IV. Stopping Stage

Scenario 1: Full stop

Under normal circumstances, the charging post will stop charging automatically after it is fully charged, so you can directly unplug the charging gun at this time.

Scenario 2: Active stop

If you need to stop charging in the middle of the process, you need to enter the personal information interface of WeChat and click on "charging" to enter the interface shown below. Click on "Stop Charging" and when it stops, your phone will receive the charging order information and then you can unplug the charging gun.

V. Charging completion stage

① You can only unplug the charging gun after the charging is completed and the power is automatically cut off by the charging post system.

② Hold the charging gun handle firmly with one hand, press the unlock button with your thumb, drag the lower end of the gun body with one hand and pull out the charging gun vertically with even force.

③ Insert the charging gun into the peg of the charging post.
