What are the requirement for charging station operator?

1.Charging post operators must be trained and qualified by the relevant state departments and hold the qualification certificate issued before taking up the job, and at the same time need to receive safety education and job skills training. Operators shall wear or hang a sign indicating their name, work number and position in a conspicuous position in the station.
2.The operator shall wear professional insulated protective shoes and insulated protective gloves during charging operations and keep himself, the vehicle, the charging post and the surrounding area dry.
3.The operator should take the initiative to guide the vehicle into the charging position, when the vehicle is parked, cut off the electric vehicle power supply and auxiliary power supply, pull the handbrake tightly, and only after the personnel leave the vehicle, can the charging operation be carried out. The driver should consciously obey the arrangements of the site staff.
4.Before charging, the operator should check whether the charging interface is normal and intact, and carry out pre-charging checks on the vehicle and confirm the settings of the charging equipment and electric vehicle connection and charging parameters.
5.After charging is started, confirm that the charging is normal and inspect the charging status regularly. In the event of a safety accident, quickly press the red emergency stop button to cut off the power supply.
6.During the charging process, it is strictly forbidden to start or move the vehicle and to plug and unplug the charging plug with electricity. After charging and before driving, the driver should confirm that the charging is terminated and that the charging equipment is physically separated from the electric vehicle.
7.It is strictly forbidden to use metal objects to touch the charging gun interface or the pure tram charging port.
8.Operators should have a basic understanding of the construction of electric vehicles and the working principles of charging equipment, basic knowledge of power battery applications, charging operating procedures, charging equipment testing, fault judgement and handling, safety knowledge and emergency handling methods.
9.Operators should carry out regular maintenance and routine checks in accordance with the charging station manufacturer's customer manual to keep it safe, clean and intact, and make relevant inspection and maintenance records.
10.The charging station shall do daily inspection of the station, and the management personnel on duty shall supervise the operation site and have the right to stop and reflect the situation to their superiors if they find irregularities and unsafe factors. Charging operators should carry out inspections regularly or at any time according to the needs of the work.
