6.6kW isolated single-module on-board chargers are mainly used for hybrid vehicles, pure electric vehicles, electric buses, electric logistics vehicles and other new energy vehicles, suitable for lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese acid, lead acid and other on-board power battery charging.
It can work within the rated grid voltage range of 100~264VAC. The DC voltage output is specially designed for the different battery packs of customers, so that the charger always works in the optimal conversion efficiency working range, which greatly improves product performance and high reliability.

The module is equipped with advanced staggered APFC active power factor correction circuit, which makes the utilization rate of electric energy close to 1 when charging, and reduces the harmonic pollution to the common power grid. DCDC part adopts novel full bridge LLC resonant adaptive full soft switching power conversion technology, with high efficiency, high precision and other characteristics.
Module protection function is perfect, with input over-voltage, under-voltage protection; Output overcurrent protection; Output overvoltage, undervoltage protection; Output short circuit protection, over temperature protection function; With high temperature drop, low voltage input drop and other intelligent design.
The 6.6KW On-board Charger is equipped with CAN communication interface, which can communicate with BMS, and the charging voltage and current are set by BMS as well as the function of switching machine.
